Quaker Life reserves the right to label as "advertisement" any advertising which, in the opinion of the editors, may be confused with editorial content. The acceptance and publication of an advertisement does not imply endorsement by Quaker Life or Friends United Meeting. The publisher is not responsible for errors in copy submitted by the advertiser. Payment is accepted by checks drawn on a U.S. bank, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, or International Money Order. • Trim size of magazine is 8 3/8" x 10 3/4"
• Digital files (PDF, TIFF, EPS or JPG) sent by disk or e-mail accepted
• Photo resolution for print quality should be no lower than 300 dpi

Classified ads 80¢ per word, per issue $15.00 minimum add $15.00 for each graphic Due two weeks afer display ads, see production schedule below Friends Meeting Directory Listings of local monthly meetings of Friends run six times per year. The rate for these notices is 25¢ per word (incluidng abbreviations) per issue and meetings are billed annually. There is no charge for changes in listing.

Insertion Fee $495, preprinted 4-page brochure. Print on 11" x 17" paper and pre-fold to allow 1/4"lip, which will be trimmed. Inquire for specifications. $295, preprinted reply card. Stitched in. Inquire for specifications.

2008 Production and Mailing Schedule

Reservations for display advertising, specifying size, are due two months prior to the publication date. (Example: for the May/June 2008 issue, reserve space no later than March 14, 2008.) Classified ads are due 2 weeks after display ads.

The September/October 2008 issue will be delayed 2 weeks from the regular schedule to accommodate reporting from the 2008 Triennial meetings. The 2008 FUM Triennnial will be held July 9-13 in North Carolina.
