Peace Curriculum Website Now Live!
Find out about the peace curriculum, Peace in a Community, being prepared for the 1,500 Friends Primary Schools in Kenya by visiting this new Website.
Violence broke out in Kenya following the Presidential election in December 2008. In response, Friends have been working on developing a biblically-based peace curriculum to be implemented in the 1,500 Friends Primary Schools in Kenya. The curriculum itself is on this site for you to offer suggestions on improving it for use. Donations are being accepted through Friends United Meeting to cover the cost of printing this material for the schools, as well as other administrative needs related to its production.
